Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of oCloud.

The service

oCloud installs and operates Odoo on servers you rent from us or connect yourself. You are responsible for the data you put into your instances, for your Odoo licences and for the code you deploy.

Backups

Backups are made on the schedule you configure and stored with us or in your own Google Drive. You are responsible for checking that backups complete and can be restored.

Third parties

Use of Google Drive, GitHub and your cloud provider is subject to their own terms. We access them only as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The current version is always published on this page.
