Two ways to run Odoo. Every one comes with Git deploys, backups, monitoring, logs, a terminal, custom domains and HTTPS. Prices are per month and exclude VAT, which Stripe adds where it applies. Cancel any time.
Your own cloud server
A server just for you that we create, secure and update, with Odoo installed directly on it. As many instances, users and deploys as it has room for.

These are the prices in Germany (Falkenstein), Germany (Nuremberg) and Finland (Helsinki). The subscription starts at checkout and is cancelled when you delete the server. How the Odoo.sh prices are worked out.

Bring your own server
5 EUR/month per server
Connect any Ubuntu server over SSH: a fresh one, a server in your own Hetzner project, or one that already runs Odoo and is managed as it is. You pay your provider for the machine and us for the panel.
Backup storage
0.05 EUR per GB a month
Stored with us, metered daily on what is actually kept, no minimum. Or store backups in your own S3 compatible bucket or SFTP server at no charge from us.

Questions about paying
How am I billed?
Through Stripe, which sells as merchant of record: it works out the VAT for your country, adds it at checkout and sends the receipts. A server is a monthly subscription, paid in Stripe Checkout before it is set up. Backup storage with us is metered on the GB actually kept, snapshotted daily. Payment methods, invoices and the billing address are in the Stripe customer portal, reached from the billing page; deleting a server or instance ends its subscription.
Can I change plan?
Not in place yet. Create a server on the plan you want, restore the latest backup into an instance on it, move the domain over and delete the old one. With a backup that takes minutes, and the staging page can rehearse it first.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing is stopped or deleted. The server or instance keeps running while Stripe retries your card over the next days, and you are mailed at each step. If the subscription ends, nothing is deleted either: update your card and contact us to keep it.
Is there a free trial?
Bringing your own server is the cheapest way to try the panel.
Do I need an Odoo Enterprise subscription?
Only for Odoo Enterprise. Community needs nothing. For Enterprise you upload the source from your own subscription, and your contract with Odoo S.A. stays between you and them.
